    Your role will involve

    • Working as part of the Sales team, the Tele Sales account manager will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential
    • Manage a small and medium size business portfolio and develop revenue to reach agreed business objectives
    • Proactively generate, profile, qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities
    • Provide regular feedback to team leader and country contacts
    • Provide an efficient, effective, enthusiastic and professional customer service over the telephone
    • “Chasing leads and converting them into new accounts”

    We would love you to have

    • German fluent
    • English intermediate
    • Windows based technology
    • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
    • Excellent communication skills and an excellent and professional telephone manner (B2B environment)
    • Sales negotiation, portfolio management
    • Hunting / new business generation
    • Farming / Account Management
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
    • A positive approach to objection handling is essential
    • Good organisational skills and attention to detail


    • Previous B2B or B2C sales experience (at least 6 months)
    • CRM software (Salesforce) preferred
