Your role will involve:
– Solving problems of customer issue by providing appropriate information and excellent customer support and service. All activities are engaged in establishing and enhancing the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
– Delivering an excellent Customer Care and to be a key enabler in Customer Care to achieve quality objectives and standards.
– Supporting the Customer Care model by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing customers and recognizing cross-selling opportunities.

- Full time permanent contract (39 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday (shifts from 9h to 18h)

Requirements:
- German mother tongue level
- Upper Intermediate English level
- Previous experience in customer service
- Familiar with Office
