    • Native/near-native in German
    • C1 level in English
    • Multi-task using a variety of software tools
    • Keen interest in process improvement
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Your missions

    • Supporting Amazons Selling Partner
    • Building sustainable relationships with the Selling Partners
    • Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner
    • Ability to troubleshoot and provide product guidance
