Avis Budget Group Contact Centre strives to make a positive difference, which is why we are looking for a motivated Digital Smart Service Agent to join our team.
Our Digital Smart Service Program requires you to play a crucial role in ensuring its success.
• You will be responsible for ensuring we obtain vital information from our customers in advance of their arrival to reduce unnecessary contact between our employees and customers, reduce wait times, and provide a better rental experience.
• Besides being able to converse with customers in a professional way in both written and spoken format, as well as being able to rent competently, handle a variety of customer queries and confidently sell our products when appropriate.
• Your role will require you to take a flexible approach within the role and be passionate about owning the customer journey.
• Delivering the best possible customer service, exceeding expectations wherever possible.
• Maximizing revenue by selling products, services, and lead generation.
• Handling general administrative tasks.

• 21737.46 euros gross per year plus monthly bonus up to 500 euros per month
